Eligibility

Who can join: Open to BPI Trade Online Cash and Online Trading Line clients aged 18 and above who have completed buy or sell transactions worth PHP 5,000 or more on the BPI Trade online trading platform (web-based or mobile app) worth PHP 5,000 within the promo period.

Exclusions: Employees of BPI Securities and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

How to Join

1. Register for the promo by filling out the online form provided on the Facebook post caption https://bit.ly/bpitrade-tradeup-promo2024 on or before August 26, 2024.

2. Provide the required information: Full name, registered email and contact number in BPI Trade. Please ensure you use your registered email and contact number with BPI Trade. Nominating an unregistered email or contact number will result in automatic disqualification.

3. Do a buy or sell transaction worth PHP 5,000 during the promo period through the BPI Trade platform (web-based or mobile app).

Promo Mechanics

Details of the Promotion:

• For every PHP 5,000 increment in a single trade transaction made during the promo period, the participant will receive one raffle entry. This means that each time a participant executes a trade (buying or selling) worth PHP 5,000, they get one entry. If a single trade transaction is worth PHP 10,000, they will get two raffle entries, and so on. The trade amount must be in multiples of PHP 5,000 to qualify for additional entries.

Example:

Trade transaction worth P4,000 = no raffle entry
Trade transaction worth P5,000 = 1 raffle entry
Trade transaction worth P8,000 = 1 raffle entry
Trade transaction worth P10,000 = 2 raffle entries
Trade transaction worth P20,000 = 4 raffle entries

• Multiple transactions of an account may be eligible to multiple raffle entries, so long as each transaction is P5,000 or an increment thereof.

Example:

Trade transaction #1: Amount P10,000 = 2 raffle entries
Trade transaction #2: Amount P8,000 = 1 raffle entry
Trade transaction #3: Amount P5,000 = 1 raffle entry

Total raffle entries gathered = 4 raffle entries

• Raffle entries are generated per customer; trading volumes from single accounts and joint accounts of the same customer cannot be combined to reach the minimum amount of P5,000 or increments thereof.

Example:

Trade transaction from single account: Amount P2,000
Trade transaction from joint account: Amount P3,000
Total raffle entries gathered = 0 raffle entries

• Each customer can only win once for this raffle draw. Therefore, if a customer holds both a single account and a joint account, they must decide which account to register for this raffle promo.
• If both joint account holders register separately, they will be treated as one registration only.
• Buying power will be credited to the participant’s BPI Trade account.
• Buying power is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Buying power does not require monitoring and remains in the participant’s account until used.

Selection of Winners

Selection Process:

• The collated promo registration responses will be entered into a raffle draw using the electronic raffle facility at https://wheelofnames.com/.
• Raffle draw will take place at BPI Securities’ office at 23rd Floor, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Paseo de Roxas corner Makati Avenue, Makati City on the following date: September 26, 2024 at 2PM
• No live draws will be aired on any digital platforms
• Number of Winners: 15
• Announcement of Winners: Winners will be notified via email and announced on the BPI Trade Facebook page. For privacy reasons, the winners’ names will not be posted on Facebook. Instead, a general announcement will be made stating that winners have been selected. The post will indicate that the winners will receive an official email with further instructions on the next steps.

Prizes

Details of Prizes:

• Non-expiring buying power credited to the participant’s BPI Trade account, remaining valid until used.
• Value of Prizes: PHP 2,000 worth of buying power per winner
• Prize Redemption: Winners will receive an official email confirmation once the buying power has been successfully credited to their account.

Notification and Claiming of Prizes

• By September, 24, 2024, an email notification will be sent to the client’s registered email in BPI Securities’ system, detailing the total number of raffle entries earned. Participants who registered for the promotion but did not meet the qualification criteria will also receive an email notification on this date. BPI Securities’ determination of the number of raffle entries earned by each client shall be final.
• Winners will be notified via email on or before September 27, 2024.
• The BPI Securities back office team will credit the PHP 2,000 buying power prize to the winners’ BPI Trade accounts on or before October 4 , 2024.
• Winners will receive an official email confirmation once the buying power has been successfully credited to their account.

Terms and Conditions

• The Client’s contact information must be updated to continue receiving BPI Trade promotions and advisories. BPI Securities will not be responsible for non-receipt of email notifications due to incorrect or outdated contact details.
• Any questions or concerns arising from the promo shall only be accepted not later than October 1,2024, after which, BPI Securities will no longer entertain any question or concern. Any decision or determination made by BPI Securities with respect to any question or concern regarding the promo is considered final.
• BPI Securities reserves the right to reverse or adjust the buying power awarded to the client in the event that the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled at a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if the client was found to have any amount payable that remains unpaid after the due date.
• This promo is subject to the BPI Trade Terms and Conditions and shall be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
