Internal Offer Period:	November 3, 2025 – November 4, 2025 at 12nn
Tentative Listing Date:	November 17, 2025
Subscription:	Minimum of 10,000 offer shares and in multiples of 1,000 firm shares

To subscribe, kindly follow the steps below.

1. Login to your BPI Trade Online account.

2. Go to the “eReserve: STN FOO” tab

3. Click Next

4. Fill-out Subscription Form including the number of shares to avail.

5. Tick “I confirm with the above details of subscription.”

6. Click Next.

7. After clicking “Next”, you will be redirected to a screen confirming your subscribed shares

8. Click Submit.
