Incorrect Balances  – August 12, 2024 

Please be advised that there may be issues encountered wherein cash balances may not be correctly reflected in your BPI Trade account. 

Based on the initial investigation of our technical team, the clients with inaccurate balances are those with below transactions: 

  • Sell transactions done on Thursday, August 8, 2024 with settlement date today, August 12, 2024. 
  • Funding done from August 8, 2024 (after 10:00 PM) until August 9, 2024 (before 10:00 PM).
  • Arthaland Corporation (ALCO) and AREIT, Inc. (AREIT) cash dividends to be credited today.

Rest assured your cash balances remain intact in our records and our support teams are actively working to reflect the correct amount in your BPI Trade account.  We apologize for the inconvenience brought about by this issue.
