Globe Telecom, Inc. Series A and B Non-Voting Preferred Shares (GLOBA, GLOBB) Follow-on Public Offering Details

Please be informed that The Philippine Stock Exchange has approved Globe Telecom’s shelf listing of up to 20,000,000 Non-Voting Preferred Shares with a par value of ₱50.00 each. Globe may offer these shares anytime within the five-year shelf period, using its treasury shares.

For the first tranche, Globe will offer up to 12,500,000 shares, including a Firm Offer of 7,500,000 shares.

Details of the offering are as follows:

Offer Period:	February 13, 2026 – February 20, 2026
Offer Price:	Php 2,000.00
Dividend Rates:	Series A – GLOBA – 6.1179% per annum Series B – GLOBB – 6.7631% per annum
Internal Offer Period:	February 13, 2026 – February 16, 2026 at 12nn
Tentative Listing Date:	March 2, 2026
Subscription:	Minimum of 25 offer shares and in multiples of 5 firm shares

To subscribe, kindly follow the steps below.

3. Click Next

4. Fill-out Subscription Form including the number of shares to avail

5. Tick “I confirm with the above details of subscription.”

6. Click Next

7. After clicking “Next”, you will be redirected to a screen confirming your subscribed shares

8. Click Submit
