Will I receive monthly statements for my DDS account?
Yes. An electronic or hard copy of your monthly statement of account (SOA) will be sent either to your email address or mailing address via courier, depending on your mailing instructions. SOAs are sent out to DDS clients starting the first week of each month. Please note, however, that the turn-around-time (TAT) for paper mail depends on the client’s location. Clients in the provinces may expect delays with the delivery of their SOA.
