You can find your account code using four (4) ways:

1. Through the web platform:

Visit your portfolio page and look for the drop-down arrow on the left side of the portfolio screen. Locate the code displayed on the drop-down menu, before your name.

2. Through the mobile app:

Navigate to your portfolio screen and locate the code displayed at the top of the screen, before your name.

3. Through your Statement of Account (SOA):

Refer to the subject line of the email titled “BPI Securities Corporation Electronic Statement of Account – ACCOUNT CODE” or find your account code in the upper right portion of your Statement of Account (SOA).

4. Through the eWithdrawal Facility:

Go to “Services” on either the web platform or mobile app. Access the eWithdrawal module and refer to the account code indicated on your screen.
