How will I know if my account has already been migrated to the new platform?

  • Prior to being migrated, we will be sending you an email notice at your BPI Trade registered email about your account’s inclusion in the following migration batch. If you have received this email, you will find there the steps you will have to access the new account when your migration date arrives. After this email, we will be sending you another email announcing the final date of migration along with the instructions again on how to access your account.
  • On the day of your account’s migration, you will receive a welcome email informing you that you may begin accessing your BPI Trade account on the new platform.
