How do I change my trading pin?
Via the New BPI Trade:
1. Login to your New BPI Trade Online account.
2. Above the main dashboard, click My Account.
3. Click on the “Change PIN” button.
4. Enter your Current Trading Pin.
5. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and nominate a new 6 digit trading pin.
Via the New BPI Trade App:
1. Login to your New BPI Trade App.
2. Tap on the
on the upper left corner of the app then tap Settings.
3. Click on the “Change PIN” button.
4. Enter your Current Trading Pin.
5. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and nominate a new 6 digit trading pin.
