How can my account be migrated to the new platform?

  • BPI Trade is migrating accounts from the old trading platform to the New BPI Trade in batches. We will be sending email notices to the accounts ready for migration.
  • If you would like to be migrated early, please click this link and input the required details. Once your account details are verified, we will be including your account in the following batch to be migrated, and you will be receiving the email notice of your account’s migration.
  • You may also request for your account to be migrated by contacting our client relations team at bpitrade@bpi.com.ph or (02) 8580-4000 or clicking the link and providing your account info.
  • All accounts will eventually be migrated to the New BPI Trade. Access to the old platform will be disabled upon migration of your account.
  • For the day your account is migrated you will have to follow the steps below to set a new secure password and access your account.
    • Enter your existing username
    • Enter the default password assign to your account. This can be found in your email.
    • You will be receiving an OTP in order to verify your identity. Input the correct OTP
    • You will be asked to set a new password and trading PIN
    • You may now log in using your new credentials and enjoy an upgraded trading experience
