Error in Receiving OTP via Smart – September 19, 2024

Due to the network issues announced by Smart today, September 19, 2024, you may be unable to receive OTP in order to log in to your BPI Trade account.

In the meantime, you may still access your BPI Trade account by logging in to the mobile app via biometrics.
