Delisting of City & Land Developers, Incorporated (“LAND”)
Please be advised that City & Land Developers, Incorporated (LAND) was delisted from the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) effective July 6, 2026, following the effectivity of its merger with Cityland Development Corporation (CDC) on July 1, 2026, with CDC as the surviving entity.
Pursuant to the approved merger, LAND shareholders are entitled to receive CDC common shares at a share swap ratio of 0.88 CDC share for every 1 LAND share held.
Please note that the issuance and crediting of the corresponding CDC common shares to eligible LAND shareholders will take place only upon approval by the PSE of the listing of the newly issued CDC shares.
