Delisting of Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corporation Bonus Detachable Warrants (“TECHW”)
Please be advised that Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corporation Bonus Detachable Warrants (TECHW) will be automatically delisted from the PSE’s Registry of Listed Securities in view of the expiration of the subscription rights which is set on August 17, 2024.
For the orderly processing of any exercise by Warrantholders of the subscription rights under the TECHW, the Warrantholders of record as of August 14, 2024, may exercise such subscription rights (right to purchase TECH common shares @ Php 5.50 per share) until the lapse of the Exercise Period, or until August 16, 2024. As provided in the TECHW terms and conditions stated in the Warrant Instrument and in the Prospectus, any unexercised Bonus Detachable Warrants (TECHW) shall be automatically delisted from the PSE registry upon the lapse of the Exercise Period.
In summary, the proposed dates for the key activities are:
- Target Date of Trading Suspension of TECHW – August 13, 2024
- End of Exercise Period – August 16, 2024
- Automatic Delisting of TECHW – August 19, 2024.
