Bright Kindle Resources and Investments Inc. (BKR) Cash and Property Dividend Update

Please be informed that the cash dividends declared by Bright Kindle Resources & Investments Inc., will not be distributed to BKR shareholders on payment date today, January 26, 2026. The amount will be used to defray the costs that will be incurred in the distribution of the Property Dividends.

Additionally, the payment date for the Property Dividend will be moved to a later date due to pending necessary approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). A follow‑up notice will be issued once the new payment schedule has been finalized.
