Attention: Beware of Phishing Emails
We have been made aware of fraudulent emails asking clients to pay “verification fees” for their transactions or withdrawals. Please note that we will NEVER ask for verification fees from clients.

What to do:
If you receive such emails, do NOT click on any link and do NOT respond. Always verify suspicious emails with us through: bpitrade@bpi.com.ph
Here are inconsistencies to watch out for to determine if an email is fraudulent:
- Incorrect logo placement
- Errors in office address
- Email body inconsistencies
- Incoherent flow
- Grammatical errors
- Capitalization errors
Thank you for your vigilance.
