This relates to the technical issues announced and encountered yesterday when viewing funding deposits done from September 15, 2025 (after 10:00 PM) until September 16, 2025 (before 10:00 PM). Please be advised that these are now reflecting correctly in your Trade Limit as of this morning, September 18, 2025.

Advisory last September 17, 2025 : Cash Balance Issue Detected

Please be advised that there may be issues encountered when viewing funding deposits done from September 15, 2025 (after 10:00 PM) until September 16, 2025 (before 10:00 PM) on your BPI Trade account. Rest assured that your cash balances remain intact in our records and our service teams are actively working to resolve this. Please also note that the balance displayed in your settlement account on BPI Online is correct.
