Relative to the MerryMart Consumer Corp. (MM) Tender Offer, please be advised that for clients who tendered their shares, the corresponding MM shares have been removed from your BPI Trade portfolio effective today, June 15, 2026.

The proceeds from the tender offer—comprising 50% cash and 50% DoubleDragon (DD) common shares—will be credited to your BPI Trade account upon receipt of cleared funds and transferred shares from the Tender Offer Agent.
