Please be informed that The Philippine Stock Exchange has approved the application of Maynilad Water Services, Inc (MYNLD) for the initial listing of up to 7,617,997,300 common shares covering the Company’s Initial Public Offering (“IPO”).

To subscribe, kindly follow the steps below.
1. Login to your BPI Trade Online account.
2. On the main dashboard, go to Services then click eReserve – This will open the Available Offers screen.
3. Click “View” beside MYNLD IPO
4. Accomplish the subscription request form
5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
6. Confirmation of Subscription will be displayed. Double check details before clicking PROCEED.
7. Enter your Trading Pin and Submit.
8. On the Success Page, click Done and you will be redirected to Transaction History Page.
The status of your subscription will be updated in your Transaction History.
