Please be informed that The Philippine Stock Exchange has approved the application of San Miguel Corporation for the follow-on offering of up to 400,000,000 Series 2 Preferred Shares to be issued in up to three subseries, Series 2S (SMC2S), Series 2T (SMC2T), and Series 2U (SMC2U) (the “Offer Shares”). Details of the offering are as follows:

Offer Period:	October 13, 2025 – October 17, 2025
Offer Price:	Php75.00 per share
Dividend Rates:	Series 2S – SMC2S – 6.9650% per annum Series 2T – SMC2T – 7.2560% per annum Series 2U – SMC2U – 7.5360% per annum
Internal Offer Period:	October 13, 2025 – October 14, 2025, at 12nn
Tentative Listing Date:	October 24, 2025
Subscription:	Minimum of 500 offer shares and in multiples of 10 firm shares

To subscribe, kindly follow the steps below.
