In connection with the Tender Offer for 8990 Holdings, Inc. (HOUSE), all shares tendered by clients to the Bidder will no longer appear in your BPI Trade Portfolio effective today, October 1, 2025.
The proceeds from the tendered shares will be credited to your BPI Trade settlement account (SETA) once cleared funds are received from the Tender Offer Agent.
