Ayala Corporation Class B Series 3 Preferred Shares (ACPB3) Follow-On Public Offering Change in Ticker

There is a change of ticker of the Ayala Preferred “B” Shares (the “Offer Shares”). On October 3, 2024, the Issuer (AC) garnered the approval of the PSE to revise the ticker “APB3R” to “ACPB3”.

Please note that the ticker indicated in the current transaction documents and payment facilities will remain the same; however, once the Offer Shares are listed on the main board of the PSE, the updated ticker “ACPB3” will be implemented.
