• Download the account opening form you would want to use, depending if you are applying as an individual or as a joint account.
  • BPI Trade will contact you once your account has been opened, or if clarification is needed, or if additional documents such as the Working Account Agreement (WAA), W8, W9, or ITF are required.

Instructions for Submission (via Branch)

Submit to any BPI branch for signature verification.

Instruction for BPI receiving branch: 

1. Please ensure that client has completely filled out the Client Account Information Form (CAIF) and proper KYC is done.

2. Verifying Officer/Personnel should sign on the “For BPI Use Only – Verifying Officer” portion of the CAIF (2nd page).

3. Stamp “Compared with Original” ALL presented valid IDs.

4. Provide the client with a copy, either in physical or digital forms, of all the application documents to be submitted to us.

5. Send the application documents to our office address below:

Send the signed Account Opening Form and a photo of your valid ID to bpitradeapplications@bpi.com.ph using the same email address stated on your application form. A Zoom call will be required as part of verification.
